I am an easy going guy from South Carolina who loves to spend my free time traveling to new and exciting places. I have many different interests when it comes to vacation and personal activities. I am located in the piedmont area of South Carolina which is just below the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains so I am just a short drive to the North Carolina and Tennessee mountains. This is great for me because one of my favorite vacation spots is the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area of Tennessee. I am also just a few hours away from the South Carolina coast which includes the beach resorts of Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head Island as well as Historic Charleston. So I guess you could say I live in a pretty convenient location for a week long vacation or just a weekend getaway.
      The places I just mentioned have been and will always be some of my favorite places to travel to for vacation. Not only because they really are great vacation spots but they also are close by and easy to go to for the weekend. But I have reached the point where I really want to go to new places that I have never been to so I have been searching around to find all the hidden gems that have alluded me over the years. I would also like any input that you may have about your favorite place to go or your favorite place you would like to go. I am sure that with your help and ideas we can find some special places. We can find our Vacation Paradise.
